Thanksgiving is right around the corner and the holiday spirit is starting to set in. We’re excited to invite you to toast to the season with our seasonal Holiday 2024 Cocktail Menu! Whether you're gathering with friends, enjoying a cozy night out, or just looking for the perfect drink to complement your holiday cheer, our carefully crafted cocktails are the perfect way to say cheers to the holidays.
This year, we’ve designed a cocktail lineup that embodies the spirit of the holidays — blending nostalgic flavors with a modern twist. From spiced classics to inventive concoctions, each drink captures the essence of the holiday season.
Cranberry Gin & Tonic
Bringing back a customer favorite, a fall twist on our classic gin & tonic.
Ingredients: Single Malt Gin, house-made tonic, cranberry, allspice, orange and rosemary.
Description: Our Cranberry Gin & Tonic is a fan favorite, combining our Single Malt Gin with house-made tonic then combined with the fresh cranberries, allspice and orange. Garnished with lightly torched rosemary, this cocktail tastes like Christmas in a glass.
Duck L’Orange Old Fashioned
For a limited time only, a Thanksgiving inspired old fashioned.
Ingredients: Duck Fat-Washed Single Malt Whisky, demerara, house bitters, house orange bitters, sage and an orange twist.
Description: The Duck L’Orange Old Fashioned is unlike any other cocktail you’ve tried. We took our Single Malt Whisky made from 100% malted barley and fat washed it with duck fat, then combined with demerara sugar, house bitters and house orange bitters with a hint of sage. Garnished with an orange twist, this cocktail is a way to celebrate Thanksgiving in a glass. Please note that this cocktail contains meat products.
Chai Espresso Martini
A spiced twist on our espresso martini
Ingredients: Single Malt Spirit, house-made coffee liqueur, espresso, house chai spice mix, aquafaba, and cinnamon.
Description: Who doesn’t love an espresso martini? This one takes it one step further, combining the flavors of our house-made coffee liqueur with chai and aquafaba with a dusting a cinnamon.
Peppermintini

Ingredients: House-made white chocolate liqueur and candy cane.
Description: Nothing says holidays quite like candy canes and if you’re a fan, this may be the cocktail for you. We made a white chocolate liqueur and mixed it with candy cane to give you a sweet, minty cocktail that’s perfect for celebrating the holidays.
Cranberry Whisky Sour
Sweet and tangy whisky sour.
Ingredients: Single Malt Whisky, cranberry, honey, and lemon.
Description: Whisky sours are always a go-to cocktail and the addition of cranberry give it just a hint of tart sweetness to complement the lemon and honey.
Chai Old Fashioned
A savory twist on a classic drink.
Ingredients: Single Malt Whisky, demerara, chai, and cinnamon.
Description: The Old Fashioned is a classic but we love playing with flavors to give it a twist. This Chai Old Fashioned takes classic savory chai spices to give result in a spiced version of one of your favorite cocktails.
Frozen Coquito
A coconut lover’s delight.
Ingredients: Single Malt Spirit, coconut, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Description: Coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg make this frozen cocktail a festive way to celebrate the holiday season. The coconut provides a rich, smooth base, while the cinnamon adds a warm, spicy kick that complements the coconut beautifully. Nutmeg brings an earthy, aromatic quality that rounds out the flavor profile, creating a harmonious balance.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Chocolate and spice make everything nice.
Ingredients: Single Malt Spirit, chocolate, butter, cream, cinnamon, chipotle, and cayenne.
Description: Hot chocolate is the perfect way to warm up on a cold day and even better when it has a little kick to it. Our Mexican Hot Chocolate is delightful fusion of rich, creamy chocolate and invigorating spices that leaves you feeling cozy.
Chai White Russian

Ingredients: Single Malt Whisky, house-made white chocolate liqueur, house-made coffee liqueur, and chai.
Description: White Russians are a classic drink, our version is made with our house-made white chocolate and coffee liqueurs blended with aromatic chai. This results in a balanced blend of flavors to get you in the holiday spirit.
Hot Buttered Barley
Holiday cookie in liquid form.
Ingredients: Single Malt Spirit, brown sugar, butter, cream, and spices.
Description: This customer favorite is back, featuring our Single Malt Spirit and flavors that remind you of classic holiday cookies but in a warm, cozy drink.
