Bacon Old Fashioned
A unique twist on a classic cocktail.
Ingredients: Bacon fat-washed whisky, demerara, house-made bitters, house-made orange bitters, and orange twist
Description: We took our classic American Single Malt Whisky and fat-washed it with bacon to create this Bacon Old Fashioned. Fat-washing is a process where we mix the whisky with bacon fat and then freeze it to allow the fat to separate from the whisky, leaving the bacon flavor behind. Combined with demerara, house-made bitters, house-made orange bitters and an orange twist, this old fashioned is for the bacon and whisky lover. Please note that this cocktail contains meat products.
Bacon Revolver
A modern cocktail with a hint of bacon.
Ingredients: Bacon fat-washed whisky, house-made coffee liqueur, house-made orange bitters, and an orange twist
Description: Coffee and whisky are a great pair, but adding in a touch of bacon takes this drink to the next level. We took our American Single Malt Whisky made from 100% malted barley and fat washed it with bacon, then combined with our house-made Coffee Liqueur, house-made orange bitters and garnished with an orange twist. Please note that this cocktail contains meat products.
