Our products.
Here at Bellemara all of our products are made grain to glass from malted barley. We love the flavor that malted barley produces. Spirits from malt are versatile and have notes of caramel, fruit, and grain. We make every drop of alcohol right here in house because we think it's worth it to deliver a truly unique product that we can proudly stand behind. It’s not the easiest way to make spirits but we believe hard things are worth doing. At this time, our spirits are only available for purchase in our tasting room.
New Jersey’s Single Malt Distillery
American Single Malt Whisky
Our Flagship Whisky is double distilled from 100% malted barley and aged in new, charred oak casks. It has all the caramel notes of a Scotch and the barrel notes of a Bourbon combined into one delicious package. Typically bottled at around 88 proof, this whisky has a notes of citrus, honey, oak, and vanilla on the nose, tastes of warm caramel and vanilla, and has a malt, honey, and spice finish.

Peated Single Malt Whisky
This smoky American Single Malt Whisky is crafted by mingling peated and unpeated malts to create a nuanced flavor profile that showcases both the peat smoke and the underlying malt characteristics. Typically bottled at around 100 proof, this whisky has a notes of peat smoke, honey, oak, and vanilla on the nose, tastes of warm caramel and vanilla, and has a smoky finish.

Single Malt Spirit
Our Single Malt Spirit is an unaged, clear spirit made from 100% malted barley. At 40% ABV it is a perfect cocktail mixer or can be enjoyed on its own. The spirit is distilled and then carbon filtered for a smooth, yet flavorful profile. On the nose there are hints of tropical fruit, nuts and hay. The finish is warm, and earthy with a touch of caramel. Single Malt Spirit is the backbone of our bar and liqueur program and drinks like a fruity vodka. A great example of the purest expression of malt spirits.

Single Malt Gin
The Single Malt Gin has a bright juniper and orange nose and a gentle and herbal finish. Made from 100% malted barley, the gin retains the beautiful malt flavors while highlighting the delightful flavors of the juniper berries. Bottled at 45% ABV it complements just about any cocktail made with London dry style gins.

Single Malt Tropical Gin
Our Single Malt Tropical Gin has a bright juniper and tropical fruit nose with a gentle caramel and fruit finish. Made from 100% malted barley, the gin exemplifies the underlying beauty of the malt spirit while highlighting the delightful flavors of juniper berries, mango and pineapple. Bottled at 45% ABV it is a perfect ingredient in tropical fruit cocktails.

Distillery Club Gin
The 2025 release of our Distillery Club designed gin has a fragrant mint and lemon nose, a delightfully complex juniper flavor, and a gentle herbal finish. Great in Southsides or G&Ts! Bottled at 45% ABV it is a perfect ingredient in herbal gin or tropical fruit cocktails.

Single Malt Aquavit
Our Single Malt Aquavit is a play on the Scandinavian spirit using a peated malt base, caraway, dill, orange, and other botanicals. Great for pre or post dinner sipping, this is a bottle to keep in the freezer. Bottled at 45% ABV it drinks beautifully cold, on its own, or in cocktails with ingredients like honey and ginger, such as a penicillin.

Barrel Rested Aquavit
This Barrel Rested version of our Single Malt Aquavit is made by resting our aquavit in one of our used whisky barrels. Bottled at 45%, its great for sipping on its own, adding complexitiy to traditional whisky drinks, or using in the place of gin to add a twist to classic drinks like the negroni.

Old Fashioned

Coffee Liqueur
This coffee liqueur is made with Bellemara Single Malt Spirit, coffee, sugar and cardamom. It is a great base for coffee forward espresso martinis and other coffee cocktails.

Hibiscus Aperitivo Liqueur
This bittersweet floral cocktail mixer is an infusion of hibiscus and a variety of botanicals, herbs, and spices. We recommend using Aperitivo in place of Aperol or Campari in cocktails.

Bittersweet Amaro Liqueur
This bittersweet mixer is an infusion of over 15 botanicals, herbs, and spices. We recommend using Amaro in place of sweet vermouth in cocktails.

Habanero Liqueur
This spicy liqueur is made with Single Malt Spirit, fresh habanero peppers, and sugar. A half ounce or so is a great way to add a bit of spice to cocktails, but be careful, it packs a punch.

Triple Sec
Call it what you want, this Triple Sec/Orange Liqueur/Orangecello is made with sweetened Bellemara Single Malt Spirit infused with orange. A fantastic ingredient to add complexity to fruit forward cocktails and a staple in classics like the Margarita or Cosmo.

Limoncello
This lemon liqueur is made with sweetened Bellemara Single Malt Spirit infused with lemon. Keep in the freezer for an after dinner sip, or use as a sweet citrusy addition to spritz or fizz style cocktails.
